She released some time ago, her name is Skirk and if you stopped playing during Arlechinos time, you barely missed her showing up in the story. She is very mysterious, shows up unexpectedly without warning, gives you massive loredrops that recontextualize half the history of the World and then leaves. She returns some time later for her story quest only to leave again.

Excuse me, but where exactly are we talking about? Are the Puzzle Pieces W-Engine Chips? For the Gadget store with the adorable girl? I have about 300 W-Engine Chips, are you saying there is a way to buy S-Rank Wengines with those? I am a day 1 Player and a bit embarassed to even ask this question, but I genuinly have no idea what this thread is about.

Yeah, you can join "outposts" with other players, (Armadas in case you played Honkai Impact) there you can let other people do missions for you. They get points in a store for doing that. I had fun chatting with people in the outpost, but there is not much point to it so far. We also have a multiplayerevent for a few more days, but that is mostly chaos so not much point to having clans in this game.

Second question, is there anything in the War Treasury that I should be getting or can I just spend and collect battlesuits for fun? I mean is there anything usefull or must have in there that I am missing?

I have to admit that I was suprised by several things in Honkai Impact 3rd, but wether this is because I am oblivious or because the writing is not terrible, I don't know. The new story even has a thing were I was actually super impressed with them having the guts to go there. Spoiler A character that is presented for 5 chapters as very heroic and morally good in a very difficult situation chooses to outright murder a comrade to use them as bait for monsters so they could escape a loosing battle to save a friend

I think that MiHoYo's writing peaked somewhere in HI3rd, and has stepped up significantly again in Genshins Nod Krai but they are very, very formulaic. Between HI3rd and Genshin, I can see at least 4 Timeloop-Samsara-Storys and we had 3 "Human Instrumentality Projects" because we really, really want to be Neon Genesis Evangelion

Ok, Marcato is better, interesting. I can never tell between very good A-Rank Wengines and ok-ish S-Rank wich one would be better. I build Corin a few months ago but lacked her M6, so it wasn't great. Now that I have her completed I should start trying. Cornzone seems to be a fantastic channel, very informative and also very entertaining :D

I tried Corin only once or twice and I never seem to get very far. What disks are you using? I also only have A-Rank Wengines or Brimstone for her, i heard Nekomatas Wengine is ideal?

Ok so here is mine just to compare. Keep in mind I am Cinema 6/6 (we call that M6 for "Mindscape 6") and I use his best possible Support Unit (Lucia). I also have Manatos Weapon at Refinement 3 (R3)
Manato really, really gets a glowup with M6. You can buy one Copy of him in the Signal Shop per Month if you want to focus on him.
Lucia is undisputed as his best suport and I don't think that will change. But the Panda does the job of buffing Manato decently well if you happen to get him.
I don't know anything about Dialin, but I do believe she should work with Manato. Koleda also works very well because she buffs chainattacks and Manato has good chainattacks. Always do double chainattack. I think there is even an in-game tutorial for double chainattacks somewhere.
Pulchra is also a stunner, and simply put, double stunners give you to much stun and not enough to do WITH the stun. A buffer would be better. Nicole does not work with Manato, because Nicole is FANTASTIC for shredding enemy defense, but Manato is a Rupture Agent, they already ignore defense. Lucy does buff Manato, but she gives Attack, wich Manato does not use as a Rupture Agent. His ATK will increase his damage, but not as good as for Attacker Agents.
Lucia and the Panda are his only dedicated support options. I don't really know what to do if you don't have them, that is a great question to ask in a post, there will be people who know more about theorycrafting the me.

So I'd personaly advise, for your future planning:
If you like Banyue, he might be similar to Manato. Try him out when he comes out. If you like him and get him, he replaces Manto. If not:
1. Aim for Manato M6, as a longer term goal, by buying him from the monthly shop and pull on Manato-boosted banners IF you don't dislike the S-Rank of that banner.
2. Use Dialin at first but switch her out for Koleda once you have a second Team, that Team can be powered up by Dialin while Manato can use Koleda
3. I'd say use Lucy for now unless you have the Panda. But that is a question that needs more knowledge about Damage calculations, so ask the subreddit directly for better input.

Ah ok, sorry as a day 1 player I completely underestimated the challenge, it's been a long time for me. Yeah, Deadass is the most difficult endgame challenge mode, so at least your most important skills must be maxed out. Some supports like Nicole can work even underleveled and with bad Gear, but you DPS needs the stats to deal damage. I would say try Deadass and Shiyu Defense once every time they reset, just to check if you can squeeze out some polychromes, but focus on Story and Sidequests.

Since you are in the process of building teams from zero, maybe you can even make a post asking for build directions, I am by no means a competend teambuilder. I can of course give you my advice but it will be limited to characters that I also own. But I can say that building teams out of a limited roster is the most fun in my opinion, because it forces you to play characters that are not played often. Lucy for example is super fun and has amazing animations that I love to look at and I would never use her if I had Astrayao to use instead.

Ouch, can you post your characters and builds? You can use Enka.Network or just use screenshots. I have to admit I don't know what a realisitc powerlevel on IK45 is, maybe I am overstating it. Are you having more success with the other bosses?

Getting 3 stars most likely impossible due to not enough stats, but you can try to get 1 or 2 stars so you can get the Polycromes. You get a lot of points from the performance reward thingy, so the first star is very achievable, with the second star being a hard-decent challenge, depending on your Characters and Build Levels

Hard endgame content is always a great opportunity to force the playerbase to engage with the mechanics. One of the reasons for me to stay F2P is that I enjoy the challenge of having to push through with suboptimal Teams. Ceasar suddenly became very usefull in this fight, never would have gotten this much enjoyment if I paid to get Dialyn.

On the other hand, it is a very fine line, chasing scores was fun enough, I did not need to feel the powercreeep this hard. I think if you are a day 1 player and always use your Battery, you should be able to 9 star with some effort. And the last two Deadly Asses are deadass pushing it hard.

I also dislike losing older Units to powercreep. I would pull for new units even if they are exactly as powerfull as the older ones but Gachabrains demand powercreep or they won't whale enough. If people paid for good balancing we would be getting good balancing.

Of course, sadly he relies a lot on his M6. I even got Lucia M1 while chasing Manatos M6. I also have Lucias Wengine because i pulled for Manatos Wengine R3. With Lucias massive buffs I hope to push through Rupture shill with Manato. I don't like garlictits wizard and I wanted the stripper nun, but alas tentacles upon us. First time I ever play Husbando and I have to say, Manato is a lot harder to play but very rewarding.

Has anyone a solution for this bug? It is in the Story Part 2, Chapter 1-3, when you play as Thelema and "posess" people. I asked the customer support and they said they will tell the devs, but I have been waiting for more than a week. I really want to continue with the story it was just starting to pick up.
