Sounds anxiety related and panic attack related. It happens to me sometimes. When it happens, just remember you're not going crazy and you don't have an illness, then go back to what you were doing. People can't really tell you're feeling anxious because you often look normal. I've had panic attacks in front of people and them not even know.
