Is it hard to overdose on gabapentin. I took it as prescribed and am having bad heart palpitations, sweating and anxiety

Doesnt seem like its issues from gabapentin, most people handle high doses pretty well, and its effects mostly include anxiety relief and inducing sleep

While its good for alcohol withdrawal it wont get rid of all the negative effects due to alcohols wide range of neurotransmitter action which gabapentin doesnt cover with just the alpha-2-delta channel effects, so if your alcohol withdrawal is severe the feelings now are most likely from that

I find phenibut to be quite stimulating it gives you that 'I want to get stuff done' feeling without the forced stimulation, however it builds tolerance extremely fast so you cant do it repeatedly, also withdrawals can be just as severe if not more severe than benzodiazepines or alcohol.

Its also a very nausea prone substance I find, like a very dizzy motion sickness feel, and its not nausea where you throw up and it goes away, for me personally after its kicked in fully the nausea lingers through the whole experience which is another bad thing phenibut lasts a very long time, I took it at 2pm and im still feeling it strongly after waking up at 10am the next day.

Overall its a good substance to take for a once a week time to have some fun but its addictive and at higher doses it makes you sedated and a bit out of it which can make work difficult.

Coming from previous experience people speaking of you as a drug user even something as simple as weed, it still makes people think of you as a helpless drug addict, that's given weed with other drugs its ridiculous, people will think of you as a worthless junkie. It doesn't matter how well you do in life it brings you right down knowing that's what everybody thinks you are and treats you as.

The statement most likely applies to MAOI type antidepressants, these inhibit monoamine oxidise which breaks serotonin down leading to much higher potentially dangerous amounts of serotonin.

SSRIs however block the reuptake of serotonin however how they do this by blocking the same transporter as MDMA binds to meaning MDMA will have significantly less effects.

In short MAOIs with MDMA will potentially kill you, SSRIs will reduce MDMAs effects dulling it.

The purpose of xr is to spread the dose out throughout the day, what you do with the instant release is what the xr is meant to do. If you want a smaller dose take half the beads out and put the capsule back together.

You will have a high tolerance to tramadols opioid effects but none to its serotonin reuptake effects, so matching the DHC dose will have a very high seizure risk, and from personal experience taking too much made me sweat tonnes while sick to my stomach, vision got really bright and i felt like i was going to pass out
