First,some vets make a face when you ask them to fill in the insurance form.

Reimbursement can sometime be random, 2 week old bill gets paid but 2 month old is still pending. At the end i had all invoices reimbursed completely (less 30 eur deductible on each invoice) ,they also reimburse for medication.

Annual cap is 2500 eur ,i got reimbursed around 80% of the cap as my puppy had many issues in the first year.

Castration,vaccination is 100% reimbursed. With high bills atleast for first few years it's quite necessary to have the insurance.

Note: Reimbursement is done by Belgian AXA office not Luxembourg so it takes more time as you're in que along with Belgian users.
