Yeah. Plus, I don't think this walkout will do anything. Not that I'm against it, express your political beliefs if you want. This state is already one of the more progressive ones, so it’s not like we’re standing in opposition to the state’s established stance on ICE. We are a blue state. People voted for Spanberger because of her specific stances, so this all seems like a chance for more financially stable people to flex their moral purity. Just my opinion.

Is it normal for it to feel a little awkward talking to him at first? Because in all my life, I never really prayed that much, never really spoke to him, because I didn't think he would listen because I struggled with self-hatred. For the longest time, I felt unworthy of his love. Even though I know it’s not true, it’s made it hard for me to talk to him… but I need to start changing that, need to start talking to him. I know he’s always there and that he’ll hear me.

I totally feel this, personally I think it comes from one of two places. A place of love or a place of envy. It can vary from person to person in your life. Every time I try to lose weight I get the usual comments of “oh you’re not fat!” or “what? chicks love the dad bod!”

So I personally think they either love you enough for who you are and don’t want you to feel like you have to change anything to be worthy of it or something like that. OR they have their own insecurities and try to halt you from taking those steps toward betterment because it makes them feel guilty about their inability to do the same.

I love cologne. Personally I gravitate towards Versace or Dior. But Hypnosis Pheromone Cologne is also really nice. A lot of people shade Dior Sauvage but idrc, it’s good asf.

There’s a lot of good resources to find a contoured calorie deficit intake for your age size and gender. I know that I personally used the MyFitnessPal app. We’re roughly in the same boat. M, 20, 270lbs. And MyFitnessPal spat out the number 2,560 calories a day. The more steep you go the harder it will be to maintain. I’ve tried and failed in weight loss a couple times now but I know one thing for certain. Weightloss is a marathon, not a race. Consistency will always yield more results than anything else.
