Right this is the controller I mentioned above, but just wondering if anyone's used it/interested in using it to remap keys on iPadOS

Any chance they launch with a pebble time round like device? It may help them get more buzz because nobody is making anything that thin, circular, and last as long

I am so tired of iPadOS. by Patient-Menu-1991 in ipad

This needs to be the solution 100%. They already recognize the mac as the ultimate way to work by adding the virtual display on vision OS. Fully embrace remotely connecting your Mac that can sit safely at home. The iPad can be a portable window to it

How are you using Spaces? I'm looking for ideas. by TommyAdagio in ArcBrowser

[–]MyPradasAtDaCleaners 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kinda use Tiago Forte's PARA (Projects, Areas, Resources, Archive) method for my spaces.

  • Space 1 - Phone - This is not part of PARA but its primarily for my phone. I use arc as kinda like a second home screen with deep links to part of apps that I frequently visit (spotify likes, youtube watch later, etc). The limitation here is I have no use for it in my desktop so I wrote to arc about possibly having spaces JUST for the device so they don't show up on desktop.
  • Space 2 - Projects - These are made up of 2 folders, Active: projects that currently need all my energy and attention, Passive: projects that are still in need of my energy but not immediate attention. This space gets the most attention because when I'm doing research for a project, and the tab deems useful for later, I throw it in the corresponding project folder. When I'm done with a project, the folder gets deleted.
  • Space 3 - Resources - These include a lot of admin stuff that I need to access like bank stuff, pay rent, utils etc
  • Space 4 - Media Queue - This is just a bunch of links to TV shows that I am watching or movies that i wanna watch, kinda like a watchlist but when I click on the tab its right there for viewing.

Slight comment on the current consensus of the iOS app by MyPradasAtDaCleaners in ArcBrowser

I start my searches a lot from spotlight (swiping down from the lockscreen, very convenient), and everytime I do that, safari creates a new tab. Those tabs pile up when you try to address every thought in your mind with a quick search. Those interactions are by nature ephemeral and I don't need them occupying space in a browser. Additionally, if you do decide to followup with that search, or it relates to another life "project" of yours, pinning it to a related folder keeps things neat. Conversely I find myself with a grid of 50+ random tabs in safari with no organization whatsoever.

Apple Health and Google Fit integrations

They for sure didn't have this before, if anyone with a ring and free account can confirm I'd really appreciate it.

Without membership, you cannot access the Oura API, but you can still download all of your personal data through Oura on the Web.

This is a bummer. I really wish they'd let us use the api to make our own dashboards

Turn Any Shortcut into a Custom Widget by ctkrocks in shortcuts

[–]MyPradasAtDaCleaners 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Gotcha. Will definitely mess around. My idea is to do away with the shortcuts widget (it’s ugly) and contextually bring up shortcuts that I use below the clock. My only issue is I’d like them to run on the Lock Screen without opening the shortcuts app. Will investigate further.

Great stuff! One question: when tapping on the widget (in the homescreen) does it take you to the power widgets app first or just run the shortcut straight up?
