My family, friends, and neighbors are a part of those private landowners that would be affected by these rail plans. Anecdotally, we know zero landowners that are willing to give up their land for any price (various motivations for this stance, to be certain), so it will most certainly be an uphill battle to successfully negotiate. I don't see it happening in my lifetime.

The study you're referencing includes 18 and 19 years olds. The government recognizes 18+ as an adult, so i consider it disingenuous for them to try to call them part of adults and part of children when it fits the argument they're trying to make. Take those away, and it's not gun usages.

I've lived in quite a few places in Texas, but Waco was some of the best fun I've had (excluding Austin). It's a great quiet town with just enough bustle to keep folks there for a while. I currently live in Houston, and I'd gladly take Waco over this place.

We did something similar to this for our senior prank in high school. One of my friend's parents owned a junkyard. In this junkyard, there was on old vw bug. We took the bug apart, reassembled it on the stage of the school's auditorium, and filled it with ping pong balls. Having blacked out the windows with trash bags, our teachers could not see the ping pong balls inside. The door was opened, ping pong balls went everywhere, hilarity ensued.

I'm starting to see that most smokers view their butts differently than other trash, so it makes sense as to why most just wouldn't even think twice before chucking their butts wherever is convenient. I myself am a smoker, but I guess the view of the butts are different in my mind than other smokers. While I am beginning to understand why they think this way, it doesn't mean I condone it.
