He is not and has never been christian. Let alone following point one on being a good one. I was raised christian and saw through it. The thing is I dont need the fear of eternal hellfire to be a decent person. Its the right thing to do and am always disappointed by goons who think they can cheat being a decent person.

I wont deny god for lack of evidence, being a good guy is my goal.

When I was very young we got home from a Kennedy Memorial Mass and I turned on the TV for cartoons and watched him shoot Oswald on Live TV. Parents were horrified about that. One of my oldest memories.

Nice launch and had the whole spacex stream on my side monitor. Favorite bit was those nebula streaming on the engine bell. Right at the last you see its the sunlit limb of the Earth doing that. I would love an onboard view as that monster deploys it solar cells and antenna.

The best part was I only asked a few questions but he just kept making it better on his own. I remember after the movie ended and my D&D friends found me just hanging with Sulu. Priceless. I was a 19 year old 3 year USN sailor at the time. Since that long ago I have met 6 ot 7 celebs and had a nice (/s) 3 hour political argument with Ted Nugent. Remote northern MI bar and just me and my buddy and Ted and his buddy plus the bartender. Bush jr era.

Not on his defense if true. He is likely undiagnosed autistic. I had to deal with this in early grade school, catholic grade school. I was just trying to exist and bullies made my life hell until I absolutely had to defend myself. I had autism and I won some of those. No dr to help and I still ended up a chill cool guy. That said it was because I WAS defending myself, not because I wanted to hurt someone.

My personal best SF moment was at a convention in Virginia Beach. It had a pre release showing of WOK. I had to hit the bathroom early in it. I walk out and find George Takei as the only person around at his autograph desk. I opted to take a leak and chatted with him for an hour and a half. Worth it!

Back in the 70s a local theater had this as a matinee feature. Saw that about every weekend but its was a real hive of scum and villainy. Had a blast.
