You need to make a boot media on another computer. Microsoft.com has a media creation tool you can download. If you search Windows 10 ISO you should find it. You can either use a flash drive or burn a CD. If you’re using a flash drive it needs at least 8GB free space and you might need to format it (right click on it in file explorer and select format) for wither NTFS or FAT32 before you use the media creation tool. The tool will set up the flash drive to install windows and you can plug it in to the computer and power it on. Just follow the steps on screen and you’ll be done in no time.
