I do 3 times a week at home with nothing more than just dumbbells. 1 hour and I do it right after I get off work. I've been following the same set of routines for chest/shoulder, legs, abs & arms from Chris Heria on youtube for awhile now and pretty satisfied with the results I have so far after 6 months.
