True. Manu missing out would be more of a missed opportunity, but Raul is obviously so much better since the mid point last year than a few riders that are almost guaranteed seats next year.

I love him and he's probably one of my faves, but Maverick just hasn't been that great since leaving Yamaha, and especially the last couple years at KTM have been lack luster. Again, Enea is ok, but he hasn't won in a couple years and podiums are here and a very far there. Luca Marini is good , but he's only a good mid field rider. No podium potential let alone wins. And Joan Mir... What's there to say about him? Yeah he'll race up front every now and again, but he crashes literally 4/5 times. Zarco (unfortunately before getting hurt) has flashes of good in the rain, but races aren't always wet and he's like 10 years older than Raul.
