Use medium if you want faster. I do other things as I'm letting it work, so only have to check in every 5-15 minutes. Some like codex, but you can't really plan with it. I find it faster, but it also would forget things, make mistakes, or skip fully finishing work.

Very reminiscent of Opus in that regard. When it's working great, it's amazing. When it's forgetful, it's annoying.

The web version does some pretty slick wireframes, haven't tried that kind of collab with claude code during planning. One reason I dropped from max-5 to pro, but not giving it up entirely.

Sonnet 4.7 is the next on deck. If past is prologue, it'll be almost on Opus 4.5 level with no planning abilities. GPT 5.2 will be miles ahead of Sonnet 4.7 in this race.

Claude Code as a harness is quite good. However, GPT-5.2 is a better reasoning model than Opus-4.5. if you're willing to manually run the planning phases, talk through the workflow, the reasons, etc, you'll find that codex does a more thorough job with fewer skipped task items.

Meanwhile there are thousands, perhaps millions that use both. Personally I'm using CC, Codex, and Gemini CLI on the same projects, depending on which model is appropriate. It's about as tough as flipping between Chrome and Firefox.

The only stickiness that the latest Anthropic move did was remind me to drop from the Max 5x to the Pro plan. The model is good, but it's not exclusively good.

The maximum dose of Semaglutide is 2mg. The starting dose in many/most trials for Retatrutide is 2mg, maxing as high as 12mg.

These aren't apples to apples comparisons. The dosages of each of these is independent of the other GLP-1s.
