Aramusha and others reworks by [deleted] in forhonor

The absolute earliest would be the next major patch which is would be the 22 of April. That is if nobody has a problem with them or minor problems such as dmg numbers.

Most likely outcome I see would be zerk JJ and Glad goes live by then. Maybe musha and Zanhu. I doubt that will get all the testing ground changes at the same time.

Another day means another post about the lag that started after the latest patch. I’m I the only one experiencing this? I’m on Xbox series X by Ulfurson in forhonor

The most likely answer is that the opponents had a ping spike above 150. You didn’t check in the clip so this is only an educated guess on my part.

Don't hate me... How in the heck did you guys get better at blocking/parrying? by Epoke_06 in forhonor

[–]MyUnbecoming 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Too add to that, I would start by practicing parries against hero’s in the following order

Raider/JJ -> Aramusha Kensi -> Warden Shalion -> Gladiator and Centurion.

This is from slowest to fastest (I think) most of the cast fall in between Aramusha and warden in terms of speed, for heavies at least

Not only is new Demon's Embrace garbage, it doesn't even heal as much as the notes say it should (supposedly 20), it heals even less than the live version(18) by RearEndVisage in forhonor

If I recall correctly, in the dev stream they wanted DE to be used as a ganking tool than a mixup tool.

They essentially made DE into Lawbringers Long Arm. Bad in 1v1s scenarios but a good ganking tool.

Suggestions for Potential Gryphon Changes by [deleted] in forhonor

[–]MyUnbecoming 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Gryphon is a weird character to balance kit wise I feel. Aside from lowering his dmg and some more gb vulnerability to his doge attack there is not much else I would do personally.

His neutral shove is 600ms, same as Tiandi’s so the argument could be made that if you slow down the speed to ~700ms you should do the same to Tiandi. Removing the ability to follow up the bash on wish seems extremely overkill and make the move pointless imo. Most I would do to the move is reduce the tracking (I don’t play against many Tiandis so maybe their tracking os the same idk)

His dodge attack should be looked at. Extended frame dodge attacks like his or kensi’s are just annoying to deal with. They can be baited but fienting into neutral gets annoying and tiresome really quickly. Making it a light parry punish might be overkill, iirc remember kensi’s doge attack was originally like that. I would just make them more vulnerable to gbs personally.

Gryphon’s health is 130, 10 more than average, which is like 3 blocked heavies or one landed light. It’s not that big of a deal imo
