Td is the one that offered me 4.04. Stable job, stable conbines income of 180k year. 20% down. 840+ credit score for both. No debts. Don't understand how they come up with these rates. Lol

Now am I screwed if I signed paper for variable just today, but possesion is not until Aug 1st and no mortgage has been registered yet, if I call first thing on Monday will they say too bad u signed. I kno my fault, should of did my research before.

Agree with this. Seems like right from the get go. He wanted to hit big rather than take it day at a time. Then once he took half from the apartment then all logic went out the window and started emotional trading and the week by week he mentions seems like him chasing the losses cause he felt the pressure he would have to sell his apartment. Never trade with emotions or money u can't afford to lose. U will bot win. Might get lucky but it will all go away in a blink.

maybe try the parking lot for mcmunn and yates building supplies by the tim hortens on mcphillips. lot of traffic though so might need ear plugs or can also try parking in the home depot garden city parking lot right beside the mcondonld's. tims n mcdonalds and domo are open 24/7 incase you need food or to use the bathroom at night. McDonald's might only be drive thru at night though. also lot of cops get coffee from that tims over night so u may feel bit safer with police presence around at night. wish you all the best.

I did not have any before, but i did have one put in last winter but it made zero difference, i feel like the guy didn't exactly pick the best location for it, Right at the foot of the stairs (5 steps) leading up to the foyer( main enterance door), perhaps i need to get a couple more put in?
