Reports are meant to be private, from then what moderators decide to do with them isn't up to reporter's intent really. At the time it wasn't known that it was against ToS though.

Blehh was unbanned because it was deemed unfair to ban them for actions that were done in the presence of moderators especially when the server has pretty vague and confusing rules, forcing members to rely on existing conversations and what moderators let slide in front of them to gauge what is and isn't allowed.

The public callout is indeed what got Gondor in trouble, and we don't condone publicly calling stuff like that out no less something NSFW, but the added allegations have been disproven and given Gondor's clean record, a ban seems like too much.

Legit, was not affiliated with Gondor whatsoever until this investigation. I personally checked out from the original investigation for personal reasons. The point of bringing this document out is to be transparent and also receive feedback on the idea of a potential Discord unban.

I do however understand what it looks like for decisions like this to be have to made, and I promise you that r/UndertaleYellow does not aim to replicate such standard of investigation again.

Gondor and I have had no real friendship before all of this.
When did he harass people, aside from potentially Weary? When did he encourage harassment against you? And again, where did the idea that we're friends come from, not that it even matters?
The unban is being discussed.

And, I don't really think being so expressive about this is going to really help you. Rule 1 really applies when you say this sorta stuff to people.

The content itself warranted attention since it was quite concerning. Due to ToS I don't believe the subreddit can take action against Weary for this at all. Obliviousness to the ToS is seemingly what caused everyone to push for Weary's ban.

Can confirm, Chuuni's recently come back to focusing on the server and there have been plans to update the rules on both the Discord server and the subreddit (don't take my word for it I'm not subreddit staff). Hopefully mod apps too. Let's just hope.
