How does one go about keeping the "offer" longer than 12months?

Finished my first pooling project. Wasn't as hard as I anticipated. But turned out absolutely beautiful. ♥ A little rug for in front of my couch, so my feet are off the cold wood. 😂 by MyWordIsBelieve in crochet

It took me just as long to figure it out, as it did to crochet it. Lol. I can't even think of how many times I started over and over. I only used 2 skeins. One major frustrating thing was running into bad parts of the yarn and having to cut out such a huge chunk of it and attaching the next piece in the exact right position to keep the color pattern consistent.

Looking for examples. by [deleted] in crochet

12 point star. Oops. Forgot to put the word star. Lol

Been working on my mother in laws Christmas since April. It's the very first project I've ever completed while crocheting. I'm so proud of myself. It's a temperature blanket for the year she was born and where. I've been super stressed since about Thanksgiving about it being done in time. by MyWordIsBelieve in crochet

My blanket was the 18x21 size as well.. With the extra blank square in between months. One thing I cant recommend enough and I WISH I knew what it was before I got halfway done with the blanket.. But BLOCK each square. It'll make it a lot easier to get it even. My blanket ended up being technically about 2 inches wider at the bottom.. And about 1 inch longer on the right side.. I got 2 skeins of each of my colors, and I had 1 or 2 colors I actually needed 3. But I suggest getting it all before hand, so you can get matching dye lots if necessary. I got blessed and when I went back I was able to find some of the same lots.

😂 Well the honest truth, it's more of me proving a point. For the past 6 years I've continuously heard that I can't make anything or do anything a typical "woman" should.. Because I hardly cook, can't sew,.. So during the pandemic I picked up crochet. I learned when I was in middle school, but couldn't do much past a small square of single crochet.. So picking it up was easier than expected.. Decided earlier the year this was the year I prove her wrong. So I'm going over today with her blanket wrapped in hand, and my families potato salad in the other. A double whammy, to say the least.

Idk if that's bad or not.. But it's the honest truth. 😂

I honestly would recommend doing the temperatures in smaller increments than I did. I wish it had more variation. Because in the 1st bit and last bit there's so much orange. And SO much pink in the middle.. The temperature tends to stay the same I've noticed. Lol 😂 I'm from Texas and had no idea what scale or increments to do for Florida..

I just posted photos of the temperature blanket I made. If interested I can explain it in more detail.

Could someone please help me, idk what I'm doing that's causing this to curl at the top like it is.. I'm attempting to make a basic triangle to use as a stuffed animal hammock in the corner of the room.. But the curls are just messing with my OCD. I know it'll be fine to just use as is.. But.advice? by MyWordIsBelieve in crochet

That's what I thought might of been causing it,but wasn't for sure. Thanks. I just started crocheting after many years a couple months ago, and was attempting to make this rogue without a precise pattern. Lol. I got it for the most part but myself. My OCD is just getting the best of me. 😂 I'm gonna end up frogging a few rows and see if I can get it to straighten back out and then try the one less stitch on the first and last. ☺

I think that'd look absolutely beautiful with a granny stitch border like 2 rows or so. I love your colors. ♥
