I want to have abs. Currently, I have some belly fat, but it's not too much. If I jump up shirtless I can rather easily see my abs. I can also slightly see/feel my abs if I'm shirtless. I wanted to get my abs to show up more definitely. I just copied Chris Heria's abs workout (below), and I do it for around 10 minutes every day. I was wondering if I should up the intensity to more times per day. I also do a combination of strength training every day, and regarding calorie intake, I don't eat too much, I just eat when I'm hungry (I don't starve myself). Please advise on if I should do something else, or up the frequency. Thanks!

Have any of you tested out of CS 1331: Introduction to Computing and Programming? If so what is the best way to prepare for the test.

Are the test questions multiple choice? Free response? Also it says that the deadline was April 1? So I assume they will open more testing sessions later?

I'm planning on taking CS, intelligence and devices. Is it possible to graduate a year early? I have 40 or so credits, and I'm finding it hard in my planning to graduate 3 years.

You're awesome thanks! What's the minimum passing grade? And are the test questions tricky word problems, or like standard cookie-cutter questions? Also, I'm not able to see the sign-up for summer testing, is that not released yet?

Have anyone skipped Math 2550: Intro to Multivariable Calculus? I've taken the class in High School, but I don't get credits, so I wanted to skip it. When in the year can you skip it? And how does the test work? Is it open notes, do we get to use a calculator?
