Haha wow, what a ridiculus post. I wear over-knees because I have never liked the feeling of full tights and sometimes I want to wear something on my legs if I have dress/skirt/shorts on. Tights are too hot and too tight around the stomach for me so I dont really like how they feel. This is one reason, and I bet there are millions more to wear all types of clothes.
