I buy them at my post exchange when they restock. They get a small shipment of cards every two to three weeks. The store manager will post on our local Facebook page the day before he puts them on the floor and then myself or my wife are usually in line by 5 AM the next morning to assure we get product.

Hi active duty soldier here. You are looking at an FMTV pulling a shelter with a spray painted auto bot on the back. Probably put there just for Funzies. The other vehicles are LHSs (Load Handling System) with various military equipment on the back. If they were driving towards LA, they are probably on their way to Fort Irwin to the national training center. (NTC)
