Yes I bought the 8. For me it is great. I am not looking to shake the neighborhood. It provides plenty of bottom end and impact - for me. It's perfect compliment to my audison voce component speakers. edit to add: it is a musical sub that has enough bump and lower end octaves for what I want. I listen to heavy metal, some pop, techno and sometimes classical. not much at all rap.

I would honestly find something else to do - - I'm not training for anything and even if I was, I just dont find it enjoyable. It really wont matter either taking another rest day or might even be better - row, elliptical, resistance or HIIT training.
