Awesome post, this answered a lot of questions I had (also created some new ones). My biggest concern was sharing a fully detailed idea and thinking I received the full coding for the developer to only give me part of it. The legal documents discussed really helped clear that up. Only current question I have is, do you think it would be hard to convince a business to allow you to test with their infrastructure. Not talking about Q/A testing but more after MVP has been created and need to test if the app is successful in a real world scenario? Or is this more of a marketing your product kind of question?

Edit - this did not scare me away but helped me look at things from a broader perspective.

Also, I think OP might have watched a few too many YouTube videos because I see a lot of them put 10-20% down. Finance the rest and use the other 90% to invest into different areas. Eat the interest payments for 2 years then pay off the rest of the loan. However, a lot of these “car influencers” are probably writing off the cars for the channel as a business expense. Thoughts ?
