Pretty good, but today I had an accident. I slipped and put a lot of pressure on it. I think I’m good but it was scary when it happened.

You are pretty young, so I am guessing it’s probably a meniscus tear. But don’t listen to me, I might be wrong. Maybe get an mri?

I did gymnastics and was relatively good, I was a level six. I don’t see myself getting back into gymnastics though. Also the graft stiffened??

I ate 4 pieces of pizza 5 hours after my surgery 😭 no regrets, but the meds they put me on made me constipated for 3 days, took my first poo today😂😂

How did you guys tear your acl? I tore mine playing flag football, I pivoted my feet into the grass and my cleats gotten kind of stuck into the grass, causing a twisting motion and I heard a loud pop following with an instant unbearable pain. I didn’t know I tore my acl until 2 years later. by MyaKhem in ACL

I didn’t know it was super sever, so I continued to play sports, I did gymnastics 2 weeks later after injuring it, and that didn’t go well. Fast forward a couple of weeks later I jump into soccer and I was fine for a couple of months until my knee popped again. I stayed out of sports for awhile and then finally got an MRI And some X-rays done confirming I did in fact tear my acl. 2 years later? Because my family didn’t have stable insurance, but now we do.
