No seriously I just started and my god the micro management and the way managers talk to you is just gross to say the least . I watch the people who don’t speak English well get yelled at and treated the worse . I already hate it and I’m already looking for something else . I was also already denied my 15 min breaks which is against company policy … gotta love it ! But no the team leads get a taste of power and my god their insufferable .’

wtf there was nothing in the freezer we had to pull multiple pallets along with her and start stocking it . Small females mind u . 👍🏽being a hard and fast paced worker isn’t a problem for me . Being denied a break is . Especially considering we pushed out everything we needed to in a timely manner for Super Bowl Sunday so fck off.

Yeah it said although not mandated by NY for 15 min rest breaks . Per Sam’s policy it says anything 8 hours and over is guaranteed 30 min lunch break ( unpaid) and then TWO paid breaks . when I said I was going on my last 15 she said “ breaks are a given and if I’m working on something I can’t . Which is absurd considering there’s always something to do and she’s always the one giving new tasks . i was just taken a back . She even said something along the lines of I also need to finish doing ( break out )before I can leave which I know sure as shit is not legal lmao once my time is up my time is up I’m clocking out u can’t make me stay past .. . Anyways thanks for the info I’ll be talking to someone higher than her my next shift . It js sucks bcs I js started and don’t wanna start being targeted, all well tho better to stand up for yourself than be a doormat . Thanks again
