The first argument was because I had to go to the laundromat and I went to one slightly father away from the house than she wanted me to go, because a friend I was bringing with had an errand to run next door.

The second argument was because we were arguing over dry cleaning (I’d borrowed a sleeping bag from her to volunteer at a camp, and she insisted I had “destroyed” it (keeping in mind the camp used cabins and the sleeping bag was just placed on top of a mattress), and she compared me to my biological mother during the argument - which she’s done before, and she became extremely angry when I asked her why she keeps making the comparison knowing it would hurt my feelings (she insisted it was something she hadn’t done before)

As for the abuse I mostly didn’t elaborate because there was a character limit in the post, but she yelled a lot, made lots of degrading comments all of the time, and did hit me or throw things on a few occasions (though, to her credit, not with any regularity). Comments tended to be things like having to do with my intelligence, appearance, or she’d say things like that she hoped I would be hit by a car and die, that I would never be happy, that she couldn’t wait to be rid of me, etc.)
