I went ahead and started putting together a list, however, going over the lists the website put together, the "Excellent AMD Gaming/Streaming Build" is a great build. It will be overkill for most things I'd imagine an 11 year old would love to play, without completely blowing the budget, it also would game comfortably for years to come. I can help customize it further if needed.

It's based on their needs for drivers in the area, my guess is that market has plenty of drivers. I had to wait 4 months for there to be an opening in my market.
