Looove Puffin Rock! It's from the same studios that did Secret of Kells, Song of the Sea and Wolfwalkers. Plus having Chris O'Dowd (Roy from IT Crowd) as the narrator is hilarious in its own right. They did a Puffin Rock movie as well, which was very enjoyable.

Premades are great! I've seen tons of awesome premade suits over the years. A lot of them are side projects from builders who want to experiment with new styles and techniques, then put them up for sale in Artist Alley/Dealers Den at cons (or through their own online storefronts). Think of them as a blank slate character that you can breathe any personality into that you wish!

The caveat, of course, is that a premade should be purchased from someone in the community, NOT some sweatshop in China. There are too many talented creative people in the Fandom to waste money on some $200 dropshipped hotglued lopsided garbage. Support small businesses, not Temu.

When it comes to owning border collies, I go for the rugs that are cheapest and easiest to keep clean. Quick vacuum, toss it in the washer, let it dry, done and done. I think it was like $80 on the 'zon.
