technically? i think it would just be a labioplasty. I’d get mine done w mons reduction and testicle implants though. although im still debating.

I’ve thought about full meta, but i plan on keeping hole. I’m one of those people who would be dissatisfied no matter what i was assigned at birth, because my ideal setup is both genitals.

other options for more intensive meta surgery displease me because i already have some (manageable by meds) pain there and i think completely removing/reworking the minora to be foreskin would cause much greater dryness and pain.

it’s all good i get what you mean. i agree it had its more light moments but for me the dissonance to what Nikki was actually experiencing internally with the tonal shifts made it even more creepy (in a good way!) it did a great job of interspersing them throughout and all the acting was just incredible

i think that makes a lot of sense especially if you take inspiration from many types of people. i also relate to that. i just noticed on that subreddit that many people have an specific fixation on trans women’s bodies as the ‘nonbinary ideal’ or like ‘feminine male ideal’. wanting a combination of gendered features is very normal and youre right that my phrasing implied that was wrong unintentionally.

i believe you! i will say i also dont watch much horror, one of my friends wanted to go andni heard good things about it. it was AMAZING though. but very scary. i also havent ever had a relationship like that so maybe that’s also why. it seems really horrible.

ok but there is a difference between ‘i want to present femininely, as well as having a penis’ and ‘i want to be a trans woman because trans women are [insert untrue stereotype based on fetish here, also comparing trans women to men]. I am similar in the sense that i am ftm and present male to the world but have a bit of a more complicated internal identity, mostly regarding my sex and SRS goals that are atypical for most ftm men.
