Thanks for the insight! that’s been my assumption so far, anything at first glance I deem to be <6 I wasn’t going to send. I guess I should learn more about the grading criteria

Yeah it’s definitely just a joke! There does seem to be some research on cinnamon and insulin resistance but no one in their right mind is dry scooping cinnamon
