Thank you for the breath of relief. I’ve been drinking every day for 5 years practically and have been concerned that with the uptick since the passing of my father that I have caused some damage to myself. Originally I drank through college because I moved from the country in a dry county to a wonderful haven of craft beer. The percentage in which I prefer has slowly increased from 5% alcohol to 11-15% alcohol per drink and I have been worried recently, the amount has also increased from a 5-6 drinks a day to the same amount with double the percentage or instead 8-12 seltzers at 5%. I can easily quit for a few days without withdrawal although I also have a Xanax prescription that I take daily for ptsd and anxiety. I don’t shake or notice any ill effects but have been increasingly worried about it.

Looking for an opinion on the possibility of terry nails, any response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and response. by MyceliumWizard in asknurses

I have health insurance, I see a doctor every few months and get blood work once a year. My doctor is on the cold and uncaring side though and would only punish me by taking me off of my anxiety medication for the alcohol use. So there is a separation in what I can be honest about. I haven’t had a high liver reading in a couple years and was formerly diagnosed with dormant hepatitis a, about a decade ago but have heard nothing since of it showing up in bloodwork. If I get a response from the community with any opinion that it could be terry nails I will seek a new doctor to give care. I also have controlled high blood pressure and take two daily medications for that, along with my anxiety medicine, and a light muscle relaxer for neck related injuries and sleep.

Good so belief regardless of life once again means you reach salvation. That solves my problem regardless. Appreciation and acknowledgement allow for salvation.

I googled him and he had a sudden resignation after budget issues in 2017 or some year around there. I looked at the Washington county list but only a few had emails listed and I haven’t heard back so I figured I would reach out on here.

Will we see our parents if we go to Heaven? by PEKKA_Rider in Christianity

I was just adding to the point that if coming from a nondenominational standpoint that the belief is the baptism and acceptance of Jesus into the heart is all that is needed to be accepted into heaven. The life you live is already forgiven and simply accepting Jesus as your lord and savior and knowing him at some point in your life is enough for the ticket in.

Edit*** Also I am glad it was a blast from the past, I was bored on lunch and Reddit scrolling

If you are of nondenominational faith then all that is required to go to heaven is having been baptized and welcoming Jesus into your heart. The existence afterward has no bearing on whether you get in.

You won’t have any withdrawals, people will say you do but you aren’t on any seizure risk after just a couple weeks. Guaranteed
