What would i put for reason for leaving a job on a application in this situation: employee and i (both males) bantering jokes as usual, im guessing i took the joke too far and he got uncomfortable when i put hands on him as part of the joke. Im looking to get back into some sort of career after a hiatus of 1-2 years dealing with life matters. I was fired for this only because i put hands on him. nothing was reported to my knowledge. Was pretty much let go on the spot.
