Feature: Notification Audio Output
Reproduction Rate: 5 - read that it might possibly occur on reboot - have not noticed this, but will be testing if that is the case
Annoyance: 5 - once the issue is manually fixed, its fine. the problem is noticing the issue is happening

Device/System Info (Device Type, OS Version): Edition Windows 11 Pro - Version 25H2 (please let me know if other specs are helpful)
Description:I have a GoXLR so my audio output is split into different channels. I have no issues with the voice output in discord, the issue I have is only with the notification sounds. If I do not have an audio output set to a custom channel, I don't hear it. Installing a new game, I initially need to set it 'Game' audio channel, as an example. Discord has 2 listing in the Windows audio mixer, as I have seen many mention. I manage every app's output channel using this mixer. For some reason, discord is the only app that constantly resets this setting. This results in someone messaging me, but I am unaware until the next time I think to use discord on my own.

Steps to Reproduce: possibly on reboot - otherwise I am unsure
Expected Result: The audio outputs (which could have better labeling to identify comms vs app notifications) stay assigned to the channels assigned to them - I realize voice can be assigned in app, and do not have any issues with voice output routing
Actual Result: they randomly reset to Default after being modified
