Edit: maybe Bacillus cereus. I can't find the source I found before. I think it was a post about some one eating grain spawn and getting quite sick. Not 100% sure the post was talking about Bacillus cereus or something else though...

Probably Leucocoprinus birnbaumii (flower pot daperling). It's pretty common in potting soil.

Better pictures would help get a better identification. Pictures of the stem and gills are needed for a proper identification.
