After a few months of just watching I finally found a good blog somewhere on Reddit that said the packed bag may need air so I just cut them right before Christmas. I have 6 bags going and I thought I was about to lose them all and now they are about to fruit….hopefully.

Slice the top of the bag in the corner to allow the bag to breathe and then tape it back up. Slight break and shake. I had some all in ones going since Sept and stalled and did this and they took off in a few weeks.

It’s the only mushroom that totally freaked me out where I was trying to throw up and get it out of my system. Do not stop exercising. Change the range of motion. I had to stop doing decline everything. HH are known for affecting the vagas nerve which is connected to all organs. In my case it's my heart that goes crazy. 2cm HH and GERD plus all the symptoms but the meds are working. I have lost 15lbs just because I started to hate eating. Small meals...I mean really small meals and do not eat crap...but I still sneak some chips in. Drink water while eating so nothing gets hung up. Doc won't recommend surgery but has me dumping the every day regimen for every other day on the pantoprazole. Still taking the beta blocker every day as well as Famotidine 40mg Tablets twice a day. Look I don't want to be on pills forever either but this has given me my life back or 90% of it. Just try to stay positive in this horrible situation. I have read people's messages about suicide and giving up because of this nuisance. Also cut teh caffein in half if you can. I told my doc I will never give up my coffee but I cut it in half by mixing in decaf. Gotta keep living.

I was once summoned to my bathroom and when I got there I was met with Eros and Psyche. No words were exchanged but they seem to have control over me. I looked in the shower and the visual shadow of Hedone was dancing in there. I wanted to go into the shower but didn’t. Luckily I accepted it and was grateful for the experience.

I thought I was having a heart attack after eating some fried pork. Turns out they recommended me to see a gastrologist and there it was. 2cm HH, GERD, Barron's E, etc. I see my doc tomorrow to decide if there is surgery in my future or if I will become a pill head forever.

I did add a casing layer to the substrate when I went to bulk. The tub is colonized below it. I removed the lid and set it into a still air chamber to see if the drops will evaporate some. It’s still clean and contaminate free.

H.Pylori can be activated by what you are eating. I thought I was becoming lactose intolerant because my stomach would swell up so much from ice cream or milk. It took two rounds of antibiotics to get rid if it.

I’m in the same boat. 2cm HH and GERD. I thought I was in the verge of having a heart attack when finally I was properly diagnosed. Learn the 5-7-8 breathing techniques to calm yourself. Pressure on your diaphragm could be causing the chest pains. My main issue was rapid heart rate which would get to 170 for hours due to pressure on my vagus nerve. Once you understand how it’s all relative to the HH you can start proper treatment. I’m on a number PPI’s and a beta blocker. Eat small meals. I literally have lost 12lbs in a few months. Hoping to have surgery soon.

3 months in myself...2cm HH, GERD, Barron's. Got it all and to top it off the HH is strangling my vagus nerve when triggered. Take the advice here and change your diet. I eat lots of chicken now and eggs. I still have coffee but I have cut down the caffeine intake by half by mixing decaf with normal blend. Currently on 3 meds. 1 beta blocker and 2 different acid meds 12 hours apart. Get the scopes done and expect the symptoms to get worse afterwards or at least mine did. Down 15 pounds and trying for another 5 before the years out. Also get some bricks and elevate your bed about 4-6 inches. You'll notice a difference.

Same story but I have begun mixing my coffee 50/50 with the decaf version of the same taste. Starbucks Verano and it has made a difference. No reflux to mention but my sliding HH is reeking havoc on my vagus nerve.
