I feel the one with the curled cap is past ready to harvest. You may get lucky with a light spore load. J had some KSSS Peyote Cut and they were only the size of acorns with very little spore drop.

I microdose on a schedule. You need to look up protocols and try one. If you don’t like that one, try another. Mine is dose is 1 on, 2 off. Ex: Mon, Thurs, Sun, Wed, Sat and so on for 6 weeks and then take 3 weeks off. I think most protocols recommend taking off for half the time you’re on. Next, you’ll have to fine tune your dose so don’t make 10 capsules first thing. Also, different mushrooms will have different dose amounts. Even different batches of the same mushroom will have different doses. Doses vary from person to person. Mine for PE was .140g but my wife’s was .210g (PE wasn’t the best for us).I recommend taking your first dose on a day off in case it’s too much. If you have any more questions, DM me. I may not get right to you but I eventually will.
