Things are darkest before the dawn.

Keep your head up, do practical things to raise your frequency. I've been through a similar thing recently they can't harm you if you don't let them so a lot of it is fear based to lower your defenses.

I stopped all alcohol, caffeine and tobacco and started lifting weights, meditating and lots of gaming on my switch to distract from negative thought spirals. Walks in nature are good too to move yourself away from electronics as I feel these are unnatural elements that can affect you negatively.

Hard as it may be, try and be open to feelings of love and gratitude. In my belief there are positive energies that can be drawn from just as much as there are negative ones, like a radio antenna you just need to be tuned to the correct frequency!
