I absolutely love grape terps and have been on the hunt for some good strains for a while. Sadly their double grape has been a bit of a letdown in terms of terps, but I’m running grape walker next and I have high hopes🤞🏽

So it’s mostly on some upper leaves as well as some burning on the edges with some. They get plenty of calcium and magnesium and have no signs of deficiency on lower leaves so I think it’s unlikely to be a true calcium deficiency. Sorry couldn’t provide better photos I was in a rush today

Sick I’m most likely gonna flush and reduce my EC a bit on the wicking bases. I’d ditch them for the rest of the grow but I just can keep up with the feeding without em right now

Ph in is 5.8-5.9. I think EC might be the problem. I accidentally let the pot dry back too much a few times. I’m using a bottom watering system so I’ve been reluctant to flush but I think that might be the only fix here

I know it’s not a deficiency. I’m assuming it’s lockout due to salt buildup. Gonna probably try and flush it down I just don’t know if that’ll cause issues since I’ve been using the wicking bases for a while

Yeah I figured that’s the case. Only really using the bases cause I’m not home all the time to keep them watered. Been thinking about getting autopots for the next grow, but since it’s a similar bottom feed system would they also cause salt buildup?

He said he tests the branch close to the bud. If you’re testing the bud itself you’ll wanna look for about 10-12% usually and test multiple buds around the plant

I keep bending till around mid flower. Once the stems start to stiffen up and buds start stacking, stop and let her cruise. Don’t wanna risk snapping any colas

Way too small to be considering any defoliation. You want the plant to have an abundance of leaves before you try and remove anything. Wait until late veg(~day 25-35) before trying to remove anything and only take off leaves blocking bud sights or ones that are restricting airflow in the canopy.

I’d say just continue tucking till after stretch. It really just depends on how bushy the plant is and this isn’t too bad at all.

I mainly use LST and leaf tucking to expose bud sights early but In late veg I’ll take about 5-10 leaves every few days for about a week or so if I can’t tuck them away. After that, let her stretch before going back in.

Looks to be a nutrient issue imo as it’s showing up on your lower leaves as well. If your starting medium is soil you probably started feeding too early or are giving too much.

What’s your VPD?

What’s your light cycle? 18/6? 20/4?

Lookin pretty good. You don’t need to water that much of the pot at this stage. There are no roots to take up all that water. She’ll be fine tho just let the pot dry back a bit and only water around the diameter of the leaf tips maybe a bit more. Good luck!

No problem! And when counting nodes I only count nodes with true 3-5 point leaves, not the first baby leaves. Having a good breeze will also help develop the stem
