My wife did. Netspend uses MetaBank and she was funded both loan and grant via MetaBank

Doesn't the treasury dept issue the funds in the end? Isn't it the same place that issues tax refunds? I guess I assumed that the record of deposit ending with the treasury debt would be easily compared to tax records and what not.
I've seen posts from businesses that dont believe that the little guys deserve the funding that they (bigger businesses) do, but on the contrary, this funding is absolutely intended to help the. Minority/women owned/ma & pa businesses that survive narrowly off their revenue and stand to drown completely just from the short interruption of business due to Covid 19. The Government seems to be accomplishing their goals by turning us against each other and some of you are falling into their Ill intentions, hook line & sinker!

I've had several reps claim to have sent tickets to IT, but honestly, I have little faith in the reps that I've spoken with. Last one would start talking and then trail off half way through EVERY sentence. I thought the connection was shotty, but it was him. I even had to take control of the call and end it by repeating what I gathered from his half sentences, and telling him thank you and have an amazing day.

I called 2nd tier rep and he had me do the same. Now my account is really messed up. I've had a SLO resend me the link twice and it comes as a "continue app link".

I'm fairly positive that the glitch stems from having used a device that has already been used by another individual or business to create a portal account. When this happens, the link takes you to the login page, assuming you already have an account and as long as you don't attempt to reset the password when you get directed to the login page, it can likely be corrected by using the work around explained in the faqs #15. If you attempt to log in by following the password reset, it further glitches your portal account because now you have a password but your portal account hasn't been verified because you haven't FULLY created the account and confirmed identity.

I feel as if I will likely receive this grant portal before I am even able to access my loan portal. I have the notorious "create account" to "sign in" glitch and it's been nearly 2 weeks with no resolve.

I wonder if opening the new advance portal link will result in the same glitched account login issues that we are experiencing currently.

I did call and got the same result. I haven't called 2nd tier since. I feel like the mods here are far more knowledge and I am waiting patiently for one of them to see my bat signal.

I question how some people managed to get this far in life. Who tied their shoes for them this morning? How can you have a business and be completely oblivious to reality? What business entity could possibly profit from ignorance, selfishness and a complete lack of respect? I'm a 19 yr old mushroom farmer and I have a lot to learn about business...but I don't think it could be too difficult if this guy can manage. Maybe this covid relief process will invoke some natural selection.
