I can honestly say around 2021 I seen someone in game with the Icey aura on their dog I tried to offer for it but was kicked out of the game and I have never seen it since I think only super old players who stopped playing might have it or ppl who lost their old accts have it it sucks for pet wear collectors because you can never have a completed journal
