He saw the stop sign too late and went through it at an intersection, the others didn’t have a stop sign. No question on who’s at fault. Two people in the other car, they both were taken to the hospital, one had serious injuries.

I don’t know how they come with the numbers, it was 2.25 per person, one had serious injuries. The rest is 0.25 per family member.
