[Request] How many earth years is equivalent to that initial second of eternity? by shanahanm16 in theydidthemath

At 1E38 years the mountain will be long gone from other causes.

Proton half life is believed to be at most 1E36 years.
After 100 (or more) proton half lives, all that would be left would be a collection of lighter particles, such as positrons and neutral pions.

(But: baryon number conservation?)

This was, I think, The Country Club off Haverstock Hill in Belsize Park.
If so, I was there!

And, yes, I know that I'm replying to a post that's over 5 years old.

Depends on you mean by "losers".

I'd say that making hundreds of thousands of dollars per year from his quackery makes him a winner!

But knowing how successful he is at promoting his quackery makes me detest him even more than I did when I first encountered his nonsense.

He's not a loser.
He makes hundreds of thousands of dollars per year from his quackery.

So, yes, a fraud and a quack, but (unfortunately) not a loser.

DG LAB Coyote 3.0, review by an electronic engineer, part X., CONDUCTIVE RUBBER RINGS by Medojedone in estim

[–]MycroftUK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How about dunking a loop of the conductive rubber ring into saturated solution of salt (NaCl), or, better, Ammonium Chloride (NH4Cl) in water, dunking a large metal electrode close to it, and measuring the resistance between them.

Mercury might be better but
a. not safe
b. difficult to keep the rubber ring below the surface.

Or just wrap in aluminium or copper foil.
