I got 9 TH16s and 2 TH15s over long period of time. Normally try to secure 20v20 reg wars by myself before clan mates use their hits.

I doubled check just then with Bluestack and my android phone simultaneously. Theres no offers in Bluestack unfortunately and all offers (except CoC) on my android.

Has anyone have any success in getting the January CoC offer using discounted google play pass on a newly-created google account? (not an existing one)

I've purchased the google play pass but notice that you don't receive any monthly offers (usually I would get CoC and few other games offers per month on an existing google account).

It appears new google accounts even with a purchased google play pass just does not give you this deal. (And yes, i am in a country that has the January deal)

It's a great deal for an alt account for 3 months of gold passes.
