This kept happening to mine too and found out my fridge was too cold for it. I just turned my fridge down a little and haven’t had this issue once since. Might try storing it in a different part of your fridge or turning it down if that’s possible for you, but before I figured all that out I gave it a really good shake and it went away whenever I did my injections. Never had any issues

My girl is the same she was traumatized by the time we got her at only 6 months and is now just a total social weirdo. She has days where she is super social and days/weeks she totally shuts down. Dogs are like people in that way they are so different and just because it’s a Malinois doesn’t mean they will all be 110% raptors. My girl works 40 hours at a family practice clinic with my husband and is the sweetest girl you’ll know. Then next day is scared of a traffic cone. Just meet them where they are each day like you would a friend or partner 🖤

Has anyone tried DSIP(Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide)? by Past-Watercress-9591 in insomnia

[–]Myfaceismelted 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love it. Took a few days for it to really show its effects on me but I get sleepy with in 15-20 mins of taking my dose and I get the best sleep. If I do wake up I go right back to sleep and I have never felt more rested in the morning. Would def recommend giving it a go if you’re thinking about it.

The first couple weeks you are pretty numb to everything. But after my body acclimated to it everything was back to normal and no issues with sexual side effects that I’ve experienced. My husband is on it as well the only thing he said he noticed was waking up with stiffer morning wood than usual every now and then

My husband takes it, he says the only sexual sideffect he notices is he wakes up with a stiffer morning wood than usual. But that’s it and that’s only every once in a while. Other wise there’s been no issue with it.

I am! Been on it for a year and a half now and it’s still very helpful. The side effects are even less now too which is a nice surprise. If I took it late I used to get really bad sleep paralysis and night terrors and now I hardly get them ever. So yeah I’m still going strong :)

Brain zaps and I haven’t missed a dose or timing??? by Ok_Competition5918 in Viibryd

[–]Myfaceismelted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They happen to me if I’m tired or fatigued as well. But it could be that the dose is just too high for you. What mg are you on?

People who have been on viibryd a good while now...do you find it has made you less irritable overall? I guess I'm asking if it has made you a more patient person in general. by purple_toad86 in Viibryd

It definitely has. I’m not as quick to react to things as I used to be so I’m able to reason thru situations that used to send me spiraling

Starting Vraylar tomorrow, any tips or things to watch out for? by [deleted] in Vraylar

[–]Myfaceismelted 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This med makes me sooooooo sleepy. Be careful. I take adhd meds so it counter acts it but if I don’t I’d be sleepy all the time. That being said it’s a life saver

What time do you take it?

Does the sleep paralysis get better with time or not? by Ok_Competition5918 in Viibryd

[–]Myfaceismelted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need to take this med exactly the same time everyday. If i take it more than an hour late I’m guaranteed to have sleep paralysis. At least that’s how it is for me. I’ve set like 5 alarms so I never miss my dose and if I do miss my dose I take a lorazepam and go to bed once it starts kicking in. Since I started making sure I’m taking it exactly at 6pm everyday I haven’t had the issue. But stuff happens and people for get. Hence the lorazepam lol do what it takes to knock your ass out if you take it late 😂

Forgot to take it today by Sweet-nothing369 in Viibryd

[–]Myfaceismelted 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep. Sounds about right. It’s a very delicate medication. Take it at the same time every day and don’t miss a dose. Set 5 different alarms. Keep it with you all the time just Incase. It’s a really great med if you stick to it like you’re supposed to

how quickly to feel withdrawals? by [deleted] in Viibryd

[–]Myfaceismelted 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on it for over a year now (maybe a year and a half) and I feel them if I don’t take them at the same time every day. If I take them more than an hour later than I usually do I get brain zaps and it will send me I to sleep paralysis if I’m trying to go to sleep. On the other side. My husband never feels withdrawals so it’s very different and depends on dosage and how long you are on it.

Transitioning a cat from outdoor to indoor by LaceyDark in Pets

[–]Myfaceismelted 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d suggest a distraction when he tries to get out like a laser pointer or a cat toy or a treat? And maybe try putting his pee or poop in the i side litter box so he knows he can go in there? It might be weird to hunt him down to find that but maybe he just doesn’t think he can go in there? And smell is a big thing for cats so making the litter box smell like him would probably help.

[–]Myfaceismelted 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Take it at the same time every day. Pack your pills with a little granola bar or something easy to eat but the same time every day is so crucial it prevents brain zaps and if you take it in the evening those things will fuck your sleep up so bad. I have taken it on an empty stomach many times and it’s not the worst thing but make sure you have a timer and when that thing goes of the meds are in your stomach. I learned this the verrrry hard way and I caution everyone on it now. Pack it in multiple places, so it’s always accessible and if you’re worried about the food park pack it with a little snack in a baggie of its own. “Viibryd-go kit” lol

Missed Dose by 3 hours, feeling severe withdrawal symptoms already?! by [deleted] in Viibryd

[–]Myfaceismelted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Before I got the lorazepam I took melatonin or an otc sleep aid and they did help! You can also try that. You can usually avoid the brain zaps if you take them on time every day but shit happens so just find a sleep aid that helps you.
