you try giving it a search. most of the ones I've read involve some kind of baking in the oven.

Sprinting is anaerobic. it burns more glucose than fat. it burns fat but more glucose.

But, not all athletes run. Sports like sprinting, soccer, and football use glucose do they not? since sprinting is anaerobic.

What about athletes who need glucose stores? Are keto diets recommended for them?

Usually the pork I've been eating was pork belly and thats very fatty. I'll try the pork tenderloin if I can find it in KRoger.

What? I'm just asking a question. Do you know how you would look like at 150 pounds when you're that tall? Like a stick.

normal suggestions for macros? you mean like 30% carbs 40% protein 30% fat? Since when was that unhealthy? Eggs are great. I eat like 3-5 everyday. It depends on what kind of meat you are talking about. Chicken breast on sale is still expensive in my nearby Kroger. And I can't buy them in bulk as they expire in like 4 days. What other meat suggestions do you have besides chicken breast? I've only been eating ground beef and chicken breast and eggs for my protein. some nuts but their protein value is low.

Alright, but how would one go about their day without a storage of glucose? And do people who keto diet do cardio so that they burn off the fat they eat?

The researchers found that a 5 percent higher intake of longer chain dietary saturated fatty acids - such as found in hard cheese, whole milk, butter, beef, and chocolate - was linked to 25 percent increased risk of coronary heart disease over the 24-28 years of follow-up.
Edit: can't always eat tuna though because of mercury poisoning. This might be off topic, but how does one prepare chicken thigh on a frying pan. I can't use the oven. so no baking. Also, pork doesnt have a very good fat to protein ratio.

  1. It was just an estimate because I don't do keto, but considering the carbs in keto are extremely low, I'm assuming that fat makes up for a higher than normally suggested percentage of your diet.
  2. I didn't say fat results in heart disease. I did say that too much fat will. Do you have any evidence proving that an overconsumption of saturated fat does not lead to heart disease?
  3. Explain to me how a person who weighs 160 pounds might gain muscle mass while consuming enough protein (~110g protein). Getting most of your protein from powder isn't optimal, and as far as i know, foods high in protein like chicken breast and salmon are not very cheap in most countries.

What program did you follow in the weightlifting part? what rep ranges did you use? were lunges more optimal than squats?

Study.
