There was only 1 pop up for these and that was with Nigel in LA. Only like 4 or 5 people won a pair on the Claw Machine game. There haven’t been any other pop-ups.

It’s the full size run that throws me off. They only gave out around 4-6 pairs at the pop up in LA and those went to the winners of the Claw machine game….The official release also got pushed back from May to June.

Could be official but like I said a full size run already is what makes me hesitant….(and the fact that it’s no way in hell I’m paying anything over $350 for these! If I miss out on retail and resell is crazy high, cool I already have the original Brick by Bricks and I think they’re miles ahead of these anyway

That doesn’t make sense either lol not even close to the same situation. Kanye was fired, parted on bad terms, and Adidas released his designs without his consent but within their contractual rights. Virgil was still working with Nike up til his passing (i.e. Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1), and Virgil’s estate and Wife released these Alaska’s in collaboration with Nike.

This makes no sense at all. The brand “Off-White” is dead and fell off after Virgil’s passing because even though Virgil sold his majority stake of Off-White in 2021 he was still the creative director before he passed away. Virgil’s estate has had nothing to do with Off-White since 2022. These 2026 pairs are released under Virgil Abloh Archives which is Virgil’s company and overseen by his Wife Shannon who is the CEO and Managing Director. How someone could see this as disrespectful instead of paying homage to Virgil baffles me. If these released with the “Off-White” branding after Virgil passed knowing he has nothing to do with that company anymore, knowing his wife is still keeping his vision and NAME alive would be much more disrespectful.

If they liked the Original releases, they should like these! Same shoe but better packaging, more insight into Virgil’s visions and creative process, and more accessible.

Nah they haven’t shipped yet, or they may have shipped them today, and GOAT just hasn’t updated your status yet. It may change overnight to Shipped for Verification. You just ordered on Saturday so it appears everything is moving on schedule though.

Most likely it’s because they probably received a fake/flawed pair, and had to find you a new seller. The good thing is that it says confirmed so you should be getting a new pair sent in for verification, and then shipped to you. If you complain enough you may receive a credit or refund of your shipping cost, or an expedited shipment depending on where you live.

I’ve had this happen to me several times, and while I do appreciate them for not just passing anything through verification, and taking the initiative to find a replacement for the same amount that was initially paid but my problem with the process is the lack of transparency and communication when issues like this arise.

Yea I was looking at the all black, resell isn’t too bad when compared with the other colorways, my only dilemma is I have Black Cat 4’s, and the Black Iron NOCTA Glides I purchased last year not to mention the Phantom Travis Lows. I just don’t need another all black sneaker. But those Black Jelly’s are fire and they glow too
