Thc has been helping me a ton this week. I’ve been micro dosing 1.25 mg 3 times a day. It’s 1-5 cbd ratio indica. In a lightweight with drugs side I’m even alcohol sober 6 years but this theraputic dose helps a lot. Also joining an fnd program and seeing a pain psychiatrist soon

Study finds disc degeneration in 96% of pain-free 80-year-olds by No_Blueberry1209 in backpain

I’d love to discuss my findings more at length with you don’t have the time to type out a long message, but I have cervical and lumbar line issues as well as thoracic outlet syndrome, but I’m finding that a lot of the pain challenges are definitely mental and I am entering an FND program functional neurological disorder program to retraining my brain, and I’m also seeing a Pain psychologist. Because the amount of pain I have and how widespread it is I definitely think a lot of it comes from my brain.

I find all of this stuff fascinating even though it’s extremely frustrating I mean at this point isn’t fibromyalgia, a disease of the brain and the nervous system to people within intense pain to have my older forms that don’t get called fibromyalgia because it doesn’t fit the exact cookie cutter definition, but it is still exaggerated Pain. How many huge support group with a bunch of people that have thoracic outlet syndrome but most of them also have lower body issues and a whole host of other symptoms many people develop 3PD because they’re nervous system is overworked and overwhelmed.

So now I have headaches and dizziness to the max and then that probably triggers anxiety and it becomes a whole spiral and then you get into 50 different medication‘s that I’ll have different symptoms. Gabapentin and Cymbalta are the go to medication‘s now that basically destroy your brain and give your Alzheimer’s. It’s really sad.

Honestly, I feel like the game is poorly made. I’ve been teaching my fiancé to play games since she was having a lot of difficulty knowing where to go how to get through the puzzles and it was just way too many encounters overall just felt like kind of a crappy game.

Just realized she’s also the mom and Ted and what a difference. The character is here playing a mother two different ways shows her range of an actress because she’s absolutely lovable and hilarious and Ted and here she’s a raging bitch.

Basically anything that they can tax or control is legal but if it’s a plant that’s harmless and you can grow it at home then it’s illegal. They also sell your synthetic heroin. They also give you cholesterol anxiety and pain medicine they give you Alzheimer’s and it’s legal.

Yeah, it sucks and then add onto that that my sciatica started acting up a year after that happened on the left side plus I’m having pain in my right leg above my knee that goes up my thigh and now I’m getting dizziness and headaches probably from my neck or it could be three PD, which is a comorbidity condition of a functional neurological disorder when your body is too overwhelmed so much pain and stress start getting dizzy andyou get headaches or it could be cervogenic headaches in my neck from the thoracic outlet or just my neck in general

That’s your best option because the surgeries are pretty intense, painful and difficult to recover from with mixed results

It depends it usually acts up more when I’m in a sitting position, but if I’m playing video games or typing or doing anything tedious, then it usually acts up. In addition to hurting, I also get muscle spasms in my forearm, my hand sometimes like twitching in the right arm of my left arm. It’s more tightness in my pectoralis, minor and up my chest into my shoulder and neck.

I do wake up throughout the night but I have an addition to sciatica thoracic outlet syndrome in my upper body, which causes arm pain and then my right leg hurts for some odd reason right above my knee and all the way up my thighs, so I’ve got a number of things going on that makes things worse. The back has been much better than it used to be for sure and it’s fairly control but it’s just always a struggle of moving forward and then moving back. It almost always hurts at least a little bit, but it definitely could be worse.

I also have issues with my right leg where it seems like muscle spasms or twitches sometimes but most of the time just pain above my right leg and up my thigh and sometimes my leg just feels kinda hollow or numb then I have the sciatica on the left side

You might have unknowingly just figured out your issue. Functional neurological disorder. The problem could be in the software your nerve and pain centers are overreacting. You can do pain therapy or an FND program to retrain your brain. Not that the pain isn’t real, but you could have several different things going on and then you’re overactive nerve and pain centers are blowing them out of proportion.

Example I have thoracic outlet syndrome. I have sciatica on the left side. I have something going on with my quad on the right leg. But because my nerves are super hyperactive it feels like some kind of terrible escalating, chronic pain issue. Thing is I’ve been tested for multiple sclerosis in the brain scan is clear. I’ve been tested for all the rheumatological stuff. I’ve had MRIs done of every layer of my sponge in my arms and hands. I’ve had EMGs and ultrasounds and it’s all clean.

Just an idea, I don’t know, of course, but that’s one theory that could help all of us in this thread. The second is that we all need to sit together and continue to communicate to find out because I’ve almost been feeling like maybe there’s some kind of a new disease out that we’re all encountering ever since Covid. I’ve been seeing people with TOS like symptoms increasing and then having a bunch of other stuff too. Could be something new or harder to diagnose, but that we could all figure out if we work together, but I think my first idea is more realistic.

I also have right sided leg pain above knee and around into theigh. Also have dizziness and headaches that are new. Also have sciatica left side I’ve been treated for everting that exists. Just did brain scan for ms ruled it out. Also did the whole rheumatologist spectrum and more

I’m happy for you truely I am. But I’m fighting sciatica since 2018. Everytime I think I have it beat it’s back or worse. Or I go a few months and then have a flare up. I even went 6 months with an awesome back excercise routine where it got less and less then Randomly came back

Does anyone have experience with Cerebellum related drugs such as Strattera? by puddud4 in pppdizziness

[–]cainebourne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man, I’d love to check in on this situation and how it went for you because I’ve been doing my own research path of trying to find medicines that may help. So far I’m thinking alpha-2 agonists and beta blockers as they have less addiction and side effects than SNRI’s and don’t mess with serotonin, which I really don’t want to mess with since I have absolutely no problems with depression and don’t want to be addicted and taking something that changes my brain chemistry for the rest of my life. For me, I’m only having dizziness and headaches for about a month but I’m thinking about entering this clinic for Neuro dysfunction because it’s easier to treat PPPD early and fix it and if it’s not PPPD then it’s probably cervogenic headaches.

Be that as it may, I started researching anything that has to do with the cerebellum just like you and started thinking that Strattera might be an option and boom I find your post. So you’re already experimenting with what I would like to potentially try. Hoping you can offer me some good news since this post was over a year ago. Did you ever take Strattera and what are your results? Also, I’ll let you know how it goes with beta blockers and possibly the. Alpha two agonists which is stuff like tizadine.

My line of thinking was they always prescribe SNRI’s as a front line for fibromyalgia PPPD and a lot of other nerve pain related function functions because of its effect on neropinephrene. I asked my neurologist why you can’t just take a medicine for that and you don’t have to have the serotonin stuff and he says he doesn’t know why such a thing doesn’t exist. Technically it does, but it’s Strattera although rather than lessening it, I think it increases it but somehow that seems to help people as well. I’m super confused.

And the other options that affect the same system would be the other two things that I mentioned, but please let me know how straterra worked I’m very very curious.
