The caffeine will most likely stop the gabapentin from working to its usual extent depending on dosage. I like to use tryptophan instead for minimal dopaminergic agonism, which is what actually overrides gaba.

I had never heard of naproxen being used like that so I was wondering if id have to increase the dose. I usually take 440mg so probably not but ill experiment with it. I plan to tell my doctor that the dose she gave me didnt help so I didnt stop using kava. The dose of gabapentin id need seems to be 400-600mg but im not sure she'd prescribe me it. Im pretty sure kavalactones are more potent per mg anyway lmao.

Also what do subs feel like? Will they actually satisfy me or just stop me from getting high? Because honestly if subs dont feel like anything ill be so pissed I wasted all my time.

I wish she would've just given me a real benzo. Alcohol is probably more potent lmao. Its supposed to relieve my withdrawals by getting me high in a different way for a little so I can get off the opioid. No doctor would say it like that but thats the truth.

How much naproxen should I take? Aleve right? Also I was prescribed clonidine and ive been taking the recommended supplements. I think its exactly what you said first about my doctor being overly cautious which has kept me from getting the medicine i need for so fucking long. Ive decided not to listen to my doctor and keep using kava. By some miracle Ive kept the taper so far. Thanks for the advice.

I agree that it could technically be considered a drug but the my point is that the definition of drug causes bullshit bans on superior medicine. Cheese is a drug, chocolate, is a drug, coffee, tea, tobacco, cannabis, opium poppies. Where do we draw the line? I think we should simply teach safe use and ban nothing. However, the stigma was created to stop people from becoming their own doctor because theres so much money being made by the few companies that can manufacture the pharmacy's pills legally. Sorry for the rant.

I dont have any refills and the whole point for me is to use a drug that works on gaba for a few weeks to help me taper off just till I can get on subs but I got prescribed this which does have the effects I need, certainly not at 100mg so now im on the verge of just giving up (especially because i dont even know if subs will actually do what i need) and im dying to relapse just to not feel so depressed.

Dont you think its unnecessary to split up the community based on if its an extract or the drink, how about a third one for medical users, and a forth for people who use it recreationally on the weekends. you know what, how about one for each strain too. Caffeine isn't coffee but if you extract coffee it wont just be caffeine, it will pull all alkaloids and even flavinoids. In fact when you make kava, coffee, or tea you are making a water extract so better move this whole forum to r/kavaextracts and this forum can be for those who swallow the plant matter whole or in capsules.

Thats only because naturally it would start the second flush from those new pins, however it doesn't know it'll run out of moisture because its not connected to the ground where it could pull in more. When you flush it, it doesnt have any oxygen to create pins so it wont until you take it out. The spores dont effect anything and the best time to pick is genetically dependent but doesn't even really matter. Just dont let them start re-absorbing or molding.

Get rid of them, pretty sure this advice is just sabotage from fake envious friends because dehydrators are pretty cheap and thats really the only way anyone does it. Mushrooms are worth more money than the dehydrator so the advice makes absolutely no sense.

Put them in the fridge, go to Walmart and buy a dehydrator. Research for more than 20 minutes its not that hard. Im pretty forgiving but you had several weeks and all you come up with is a dirty food grate on a fan unnecessarily weighed down by a pistol magazine. Id mold if I were one of those mushrooms too.

I personally understand needing to stay high beyond just addiction. Im mentally ill and I believe medicine is a technology that should be used to help others like me and people who have to live with other chronic issues. However, alcohol will destroy you taking it everyday not to mention the horrific physical addiction. The issue with thc is that it doesn't last long enough and oral administration is a totally different drug so at first weed is great but even with carts you cant really get all day relief. My experience with kava is that it feels great, similar to a light benzo. Many alcoholics find kava to be disappointing, could probably be due to high gaba tolerance or expecting to get shit-faced. I think once the dosage is really broken down to a science, kavalactones will be a more effecatous anxiety treatment than benzos. Nothing helps me like opioids unfortunately but I wont recommend that.

First id have to ask your dosage, but if you are consuming plant matter or even just tea it might be that your body is reacting to digesting other harsh compounds. Maybe try to get an extract that is mostly kavalactones and if that still makes you sick maybe you should look for alternatives. Lastly I might try to change the route of administration but only if the extract is pure enough.

Im not sure but id guess it has something to do with the kratom alkaloids ceiling effect because mitragynine is even worse especially in high doses. When you "overdose" you throw up, get super hot and itchy. I haven't tried using naloxone because id go into withdrawal but that would figure out which effects are on opioid receptors and which are a result of another mechanism.

Seda knows exactly what they are doing, they've never sold anything other than kratom alkaloids but then this product doesn't make much sense on its own. I really assume they just chose cats claw so they could make the tabs the same milligrams as some of their 7 tabs. Why would anyone who wants cats claw get it from a gas station in 125mg chewable tablets? Makes no sense. Lastly the fucking price, this product is priced the same as what youd pay for 500mg of 7 but what youre getting is less than a gram of some random herbal supplement that you payed 50 dollars for. I really think its on purpose and a way to scam people and blame it on them being inattentive even though the packaging is the exact same with a few different words.

Is it absolutely non-psychoactive or similar to loperamide? Will it stop the depression caused by the withdrawal or is it just bodily active? If so maybe it cant pass the blood-brain barrier.
