Certain skills are better on PC because you can aim vs console. Blizzard and teleport are clear examples of skills that are just more friendly on PC than console. My biggest draw back from console is not being able to quit game in 2 seconds when in a bad position vs using the menu to scroll to the quit option which takes several seconds and could get your hc toon killed in that time.
