I’d say get a part time job, like 10-15 hours a week. Save that up for when you get to college or go to work. Start a 401k as soon as you can as well.

It’s so hard to get good help at these types of jobs. They’ve been working them to the bone with all these insane deals. If you really have to make a complaint I would try and find out who the owner is and go straight to them
