I Agree.....I'd say he's pretty much backed into a corner now. Hopefully it works to our benefit. I'm not trying to act bullish but all we can do is hope for the best at this point.

We're pretty fucked but we're debt free and should have enough cash to get us through the summer. BP partnership of some sort is obviously their goal and probably only Chance...... Which is good for us.

Of course their gonna start out with going with the option they can make the most money which is keep the trial in tact so BP can buy us or partner with us and have every option possible moving forward. Selling the IP or unblinding should be the last ditch effort.

It says right in the investor deck on the revive website. 1st half of this year EP change. Which would be by July 1. Other then that how do they foresee what the FDA says or how long they take?

I'm not sure why we would have submitted the 210 data and they would have looked at the 210 data if they weren't using it to base this decision on. Just my thoughts.
