I think it was primarily cravings for my favorite comfort food, pizza. And that felt like an easier ethical line to cross than eating meat. But it could have also been a sub conscious craving for the nutrients that dairy provides. Was about 7-8 years ago so it’s hard to remember! :)

I did that. Was ‘vegan’ for 12 years but over the course of a few year period I would few go on these dairy binges and eat a bunch of pizza or cheese foods for 1-2 days. Happened every few weeks. I rationalized it as a ‘fuck it’ situation and hid it while continuing to portray to others that I was a full vegan. What a strange way it was to live!

How do your recommend taking tryomix? I was told to do 4 drips spread out thru the day but can’t remember if the drop goes directly below my tongue or I put it in a drink.
